This page is here to clearly explain how copyright owners can let us know if they believe their work has been used on our site without permission, and what steps we’ll take in response. Our goal is to handle these matters fairly and efficiently.
Our Promise to Creators

How to Report a Copyright Infringement
To help us act quickly, please send our designated agent a written notice (email is usually fastest!) with the following details:

- How Can We Reach You? Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Your Honest Belief: A statement confirming that you truly believe the use of the copyrighted material isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, their representative, or the law.
- Accuracy Check: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information in your notice is correct and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

What Happens After We Receive Your Notice?

What if Content Was Removed by Mistake? (Counter-Notification)
If you’re a user whose content was removed because of a copyright notice, and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you have the option to send us a counter-notification.
To send a valid counter-notification, you need to provide our designated agent with the following written information:

Our Stance on Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to close the accounts of users who are repeatedly found to be infringing on copyrighted material.
